Mike, a lifelong Alaskan, was born and raised in Southeast. He is a U.S. Coast Guard licensed Captain with years of experience. Captain Erickson is fully insured and CPR trained.
The protected waters of Southeast Alaska are home to hundreds of varieties of birds, from the majestic Bald Eagle to the many varieties of ducks and wading birds. The bountiful seas not only attract human fishermen but a large number of whales, sea lions, seals, otter, bear, and other animals that share the fishing grounds and add to the Alaskan experience.
